The Department of Philosophy and the Group UMCE Research in Education and be invited to submit papers for the National Seminar on "Policies of Exclusion / Inclusion Education" to be held on 21, 22, Oct. 23 at the Metropolitan University of Science Education.The seminar aims to address and question from a transdisciplinary approach the problems of exclusion, marginalization, vulnerability, poverty, abandonment, captivity, capture devices which hatch "as educational." These, once the names of the "outside" have ceased to name what can not be assimilated to the "inside" could not digest.

How does the "inside" has been systematically classifying and distinguishing the elements that compose into becoming waste?, How are conceived and implemented neoliberal technologies of government and life in its full deployment offsets?

If politics is to be reopened, if education is to be questioned from what it produces and throws (included / excluded), is because in the process of "subjectification" breaks the tension between a social body and those that do not fit in it, which are not simply excluded, but rather the symptoms and signs of violence originating holding political and educativo.El seminar "Policies of exclusion / Inclusive Education" is presented as fold of various areas of critical building and seeks to emerge and non-governmental discourses that capture / studying / working / involved / deconstructed from different areas of study and intervention issues related to the exclusion / inclusion.

opened the call for investigations in process, practices, arrangements of memory and situations that are deployed by multiple layers of intervention in terms of the politics of exclusion / social inclusion. Invited to submit papers in the following areas:

- Status of education in the "Juvenile Criminal Responsibility Law",
- The education in places of imprisonment and arrest: therapeutic devices, schools, prisons, .- Education and Street firms - Transculturality - Gender and education.
- The educational in-prison spaces of exclusion (outsourcing government, NGOs, foundations, educational self-management).

The deadline to submit the title of papers, including a summary is 22 September 2009. The abstract should be a maximum of 200 words.
